Grand Panama Beach Resort is a brand new family resort located on the beach in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. Grand Panama will be home to a variety of luxurious condominium accommodations including one, two, and three bedroom units looking out onto the sparkling emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This gated and secure family resort set on 35 acres will soon feature six pools, six spas/hot tubs, three fitness centers, and four full-service tiki bars. On-site will be a playground, game room, picnic and grilling areas, a concert park, and a jogging and bicycle path spanning the perimeter of the resort. And stay connected with high-speed Internet access and Wi-Fi available in designated outdoor and pool areas. The resort will also be home to The Village of Grand Panama, a retail center that is set to offer convenient shopping fun in gift shops, boutiques, and book stores as well as a spa/salon and wine shop. It will also be home to several cafes and restaurants. There are seasonal beach activities. Guests of Grand Panama have many perks including a discount at Hombres championship 27-hole golf course, a full-service facility with a club house, practice range, rental clubs, professional lessons, and a pro shop. Shops and dining at the Village of Grand Panama, seasonal childrens activities, a martini bar and coffee shop Coming Soon. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. RENTAL RULES- No pets are allowed in rental units. Singles UNDER 25 MUST BE ACCOMPANIES BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO REGISTER AND STAY. All units are non-smoking. There is a $40.00 Damage Waiver fee due upon check in. The check-in office is located at: 651 Grand Panama Blvd., Panama City Beach, FL, 32407. Check is in after 3pm and check-out is before 10am. There is a $40.00 Damage Waiver fee due upon check in. It covers the registered guest against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed 2,000. MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED AT CHECK IN IS 25. Security is located on site to assist guests with after hours check in.
