Spacious well-decorated One Two and Three bedroom condominiums feature luxurious amenities and all the comforts of home including fully-equipped kitchens as well as a separate balcony. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. During periods when the check-in office is closed an automated check-in system is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box. Guests use an adjacent telephone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes.
All res require a dep of 10 pct of the total stay cost together with a 5 pct res fee. A charge will be placed against the guests CC at the time of res. The balance of will be paid upon check-in together with a 25USD or 50USD damage waiver fee is required.
Cancellation Policy:
CXL received prior to arrival- regardless of date prior to arrival- will forfeit the original 10 pct dep as well as the 5 pct res fee. .NO-SHOW POLICYGuests who no show for their res will forfeit the original 10 pct dep as well as the 5 pct res fee.
